Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account with Fusion OS Inc. and buy leads through the client portal.

1. Your account

You must give correct company and contact details and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

2. Leads and packages

Leads are delivered to your portal after payment. Each package or plan shows how many leads it includes, the lead type and how long it stays valid. We check and score every lead, but we cannot promise that any lead will become a sale.

3. How you may use leads

Leads are for your own business only. You must not resell or publish them, and you must contact people in line with the law that applies to you, including do-not-call, anti-spam and data-protection rules.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. If a lead is clearly invalid (wrong number, duplicate or fake), report it from the portal and we will review it for a replacement.

5. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse leads or fail to pay.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by e-mail or in the portal.
